Shipping policy

  1. UK Deliveries:
    • UK deliveries are subject to a flat rate charge of £4 for 48h tracked or £6 for 24h tracked.
  2. Overseas Deliveries:
    • Overseas delivery charges are a flat rate of £15
    • International orders are completely tracked and insured.
  3. Delivery Times:
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
    • Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 28 days, contingent upon the recipient's location.
    • Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt for added security.
    • UK delivery depends on the shipping method selected (48h/24h) – Please keep in mind we are not responsible for any delays the shipping company might be experiencing.
  4. Customs Duties and Taxes:
    • We are not responsible for any tax, customs, or import duties incurred upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.
    • Any sub charges imposed by customs authorities must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
  5. Address Accuracy:
    • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase.
    • We cannot be held liable for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  6. Return Shipments:
    • In the event that an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred for re-delivery.
